It was an incompetence festival tonight. The pizzas arrived in delivery, with 32 minutes delay on the scheduled schedule. Besides, it was not a good order. One pizza for another. When I call to complain, the employee makes sure that he sends it back to me as soon as possible. 40 minutes later, still nothing. I call them back and I'm told that she's ready, but we don't have my address... no compensation. No apology gift (make a bottle of coca). Very unprofessional.
