Zero Dock Street - Village of Carthage

If you are in Carthage, you must dine at this amazing establishment. The rustic decor, comfortable, inviting atmosphere, and culinary cuisine are exactly what makes this place a wonderful dining experience. I had the opportunity to meet these two lovelyladies, pillars of the community. We are a better America with ladies of this calibre. Thank-you for the unforgettable evening!

We have dined at Zero Dock Street several times and have been well satisfied with our food and service. Last evening?s experience, however, was a free fall; especially since we boasted about the place and had family visiting from Chicago and LongIsland. The onion tower appetizer was excellent with the dipping sauces. Our entrees, however, arrived luke warm anddisappointing. A chicken dish was eaten without much complaint. The haddock and shrimp was dry and the shrimp were far toospicy for the diner who likes spicy food. The three remaining diners had the twin pork chops which a few of us had had before. The chops were very dry and tough. The sliced red potatoes were cold and spongy. We skipped dessert. We were compensated forour beverages. We informed our server of the situation. Zero Dock is a good venue. We tossed our experience to an off night. We will go back again and will be hopeful of a redeeming experience.

I went for a work event and the upstairs was beautifully renovated with lots of space. The staff did a great job and the food was delicious.

I will start this review by saying that we have been to this restaurant many times and we always enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere is amazing! Because of that, I chose to book a very special party with them. Sadly, we did have a few less thandesirable experiences after I booked and I was trepidations about keeping the booking. However, after a meeting with themanager, who is an amazing, understanding person, all my issues were addressed and the party was an amazing success. Everybusiness goes through growing pains and change. It 's pretty cool how honesty, patience and understanding can make thingsbetter. I would definitely recommend that you give them a try! ????????????????

We were a bit disappointed by this restaurant. Our drinks and the wings were good, but everything else was not so great. They were understaffed (two waitresses on a Saturday night) and although the service was friendly, it took a long time. We waited 40minutes for our drinks and a little over an hour for our food. Our appetizer and entrees came at the same time. They were out ofthe only vegetarian option (that was not a salad) so we all got a pizza. The toppings were good, but the crust was raw at someplaces. One slice even entirely existed out of a dough bubble.
