Dunkin' - Villa Park

Kinda disappointed. did drive through and they messed up my order/over charged me for what I ordered. My hot beverage cup was also dirty with fingerprints all over it. no costumer service at all

Food is good but can’t wait 30 mins in a drive thru for a donut and coffee. The inside is closed but drive thru is open, if we have 30 mins to wait for donuts.If in a rush to drive kids to school would not recommend

I gave only this place two stars because we are there, like 20 minutes before they closed and they had no donuts, which were ready, which did not make any sense, because they were not closed at the moment and when I asked them where the donuts are? they said they closed, but not yet for another 20 minutes there was a budding child who just wanted to go early! So they have closed everything early so that they should close only half an hour earlier, so that people do not drive an additional 2 to 3 mi just to say that the load is closed when it is not cool what happened to dunkin donuts they speak good place to go and they always had good donuts hope that the manager reads that!

This place has been so bad for months. from eating all the time, and the coffee was more than hit. this is a fast eating joint, so I do not expect much, but I do not expect to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru

Terrible service. i asked for something when i ordered then they were slamming the window all mad bc i told them i didn’t get it lol. i used to come her alllll the time but now they have the most disrespectful employees ever.
