Now sitting here 3 hours later for a pizza. What the hell??? If you are hungry and expecting a meal from these morons you might as well go try to catch a fish from the river, hit a deer with your car, catch a rabbit or squirrel or put some Mayonnaise on a piece of cardboard!DONT TAKE AN ORDER YOURE NOT GOING TO DELIVER ON!!!! You will be disappointed and HUNGRY! Thanks for nothing but an empty stomach. NEGATIVE 5 STARS.UPDATE* I caught them at the store and discussed the situation with the General Manager at 2:15 AM (you can imagine how that went. I did get a $25.00 credit but no pizza! I cant eat the credit for dinner tonight, but at least ive got the credit if I decide to give them another chance.

I LOVE the incentives they’ve added to their app. I get TONS of free food, I don’t even buy pizza anywhere else anymore. The food is always perfectly cooked and so delicious. The stuffed cheesy breads are KILLER! I’d recommend trying Dominis to anyone. If you didn’t like it before, try again, their game had stepped up!

Talk to the general manager Joe who honestly needs to be trained on customer service place an online order, and the store reached out to tell me they are short staffed and can not do deliveries that I could come pick up my order the whole purpose of ordering it online was for delivery because I can not leave my house also found out takes 3 to 5 days for refund and offered nothing for the inconvenience. Now here’s something the district manager should review if your store is low on staff and can not perform there normal business functions then it should not be available to order online to prevent inconveniencing your customers and avoiding this situation now if Joe failed to communicate that he was low on staff to address this then some training needs to be put into play will no longer be ordering from here from which I was a really good customer very disappointed

Original price you can get it delivered to your house for a quick snack reasonable price and you still can feed the whole family if you like enjoy enjoy my

Placed an order and were given 30 minutes for a pickup time. We arrive after 30 minuted and they tell us its going to be 15 more minutes. We give them 20 go back in and they tell us it is going to be another 30 minutes. No remorse no apology, rude and completely unproffesional, exactly how you lose peoples business for good.
