Sushi Yoshi - Vienna

This cute little place is located just off Maple Avenue. Staff were very friendly and did not feel rushed at all. I ordered an assortment of Sushi and while I don't remember exactly what I got, the Sushi was indeed good and the fish held up well on it's own. Definitely one of the places I know I can count on when I want some sushi.

Salmon bento box to go. Tempura option. Excellent flavor and oil for the salmon. The temura tasted great, but did not travel well. Condensation in the styrofoam container was absorbed by the crust. Next time I will dine in.

I just saw all of the health violations they got this year from Fairfax county and I don’t think I’ll be coming back here

Nice small sushi restaurant in Vienna. Good size proportions and fish is fresh.

I'm not a sushi snob and I wanted to give Sushi Yoshi a try even though I have heard about the bad reviews with the owner change many years ago. I ordered the lunch chirashi bowl to-go and my first impression was they provided a lot.The real review comes after I actually opened the container. The questionable quality was visible as it appeared slimy instead of firm. To their defense, the taste wasn't as bad as it's appearance but it was still below par from all the other local places.Now that I have confirmed the reviews, I won't be going back and I am sad to confirm the place is no longer the place that many of us loved and frequented.
