Restaurant bewertenHad a great dining experience recently here! Came for dinner Friday night—I called to make a reservation ahead of time—we got seated right away. The restaurant is fairly small—very cute with their decor and lighting is bright. The owner came around to check on guests, such a sweet friendly lady!Food wise: for appetizers, we got the Gyoza and Shrimp Tempura—they were both good. For the entree, the Chicken Katsu was so delicious!! The portion was huge too—would def recommend this dish! We tried the Rock’s Lobster Roll as well—also great with big chunks of lobster tempura inside. Food prices are reasonable as well!
This restaurant is amazing for sushi. I definitely suggest trying the karage appetizer, as the customers sitting next to us recommended it and I was not disappointed. We also ordered the Seaweed Salad, Red Light Green Light Roll, Vegas Strip Roll, and the Lox Japanese Style Roll. If you're ever in Tysons, you should definitely give them a try!
The majority of Japanese restaurants in the United States are actually owned and operated by Chinese individuals, with the exception of the more upscale ones. This particular restaurant is no different, as the owner is a delightful woman from Taiwan. Given Taiwan's history as a former Japanese colony, this could be a positive aspect. The menu offers a wide variety of options, ranging from sushi to ramen and everything in between, reflecting a very Chinese influence. Overall, the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely return to this restaurant if I am in the area again.
4/5 stars! I decided to check out this restaurant with a friend for dinner as we wanted to explore other ramen options in the area. I must say, I really enjoyed the ramen here. I ordered the Kizuna Ramen and some sushi. The ramen had a pork broth with three pieces of chashu, and I added the spice bomb for an extra kick. The pork broth was delicious and the chashu was tender and flavorful. Overall, a great experience.
This restaurant is another hidden gem. I had no idea it was here because the sign looked aged, but the food and service were both exceptional. Take a look at this!
