Grove Poke Salad Bowl - Vienna

This place is run by a lovely old couple and I enjoy coming here. They are so incredibly sweet. Their poke is good and on par with poke prices, which is what I get most of the time. I appreciate that they allow customization to poke bowls, so I'll get a poke with soba a lot. Their Korean food isn't Annandale/Centreville level, but that shouldn't be the expectation because the store isn't advertised as such. Their boba is ok. For the poke and service, they get a 5.

My first time here was yesterday I came back today. It's going to be extremely hard not eating here 3 days out the week.. lol I'm so glad I finally decided to stop in try their food.. I Love It!!Food: 5/5

We drove a little out of our way to try Grove. We found a very brightly colored small restaurant with about 6 tables. It appeared that their takeout is very busy with lots of bags and tags ready to go. Everything was very clean and nicely presented. There was a very friendly hostess at the register that helped us with our orders. They made it a point to show their certificate of honors from the health department. Grove has multiple drink selections to go with their delicious meals. We were asked if we wanted the raw version or the cooked version. And their selection of toppings was three refrigerated areas long. Or you could choose one of their bowls off the menu board. I tried the Bulgogi beef bowl. And it was delicious.The restaurant is on the metro at the Vienna, Dunn Loring stop. And easy walk from street parking or garage parking.I would go back if I found myself in that area.
