El Molino - Victoria

Very nice place, quiet and away. We don't try the restaurant or the spa, so I can't make a very complete evaluation, but the accommodation part and the facilities were suitable. The reception room and the hall and dining room were very well arranged and very careful. Fair price.

The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by nature. Attention is very cordial. I liked to have more breakfast in the sector than today is the restaurant, but I understand that it was thirded. I felt like lack of maintenance in the old town. The gaming sector (pool) should have air conditioning. The heated pool would have to be attached to the same bathrooms and wardrobe. I think everything can be better. And I'd go back for the fourth time. I know that after two years of pandemic it's not easy to follow, but you keep rowing.

The hotel has a lot of potential but is careless. The decoration is pretty bad. At the restaurant we had a bad experience with the fish dish. We asked for an empty pacu, which had no meat. Excellent place to enjoy, relax. It has two large pools and a girl, a lot of green space ideal to connect with nature. The rooms are very pleasant, comfortable, the whole establishment has very good cleaning. The complex is beautiful. We stayed in the new part of the hotel and very nice everything. The staff is always very friendly. I do not qualify with a 5 because I think more ramps are missing to be able to mobilise inside the complex so it is in wheelchair or baby cars
