I have been going to Sol Foods ever since I moved to Victoria. I really enjoy the ever changing daily specials. The location is right by water and the atmosphere is bright and full of energy. Highly recommend lunching at Sol...!

This place has absolutely amazing food, and the food is always served in a timely manner. Always a lovely variety of healthy snacks, and meals at a decent price! However, a lot of the time I am in there, I do not get any type of welcoming smile or any customer service, everyone looks like they would rather be anywhere but working at Sol. At least try to throw on a smile once in awhile, or leave the restaurant business. Might even receive a tip!

Good place to eat healthy for lunch. Pickup is possible and the prices are reasonable. So far so good for me.

Great for a quick lunch, most things made fresh daily, soup, sandwich’s daily specials, deserts. Staff always friendly. Good Coffee.
