Restaurant bewertenThis small burger place is fantastic! It's great that they also accept phone orders.
I dine at this restaurant at least three times a week, and it is always fantastic.
An odd little stand selling great hotdogs, cheap burgers, and won ton soup. It's a strange mix, but it's all tasty, and reminds me of being a kid - especially the $2 hotdogs!Trust me, get a hot dog and have them add cheese and 'shrooms, it's perfect. They even split the dog lengthwise to ensure it grills evenly.
This is a little burger stand that my son got me hooked on some time ago ... Burgers are never my first go-to but if you are in the mood to nosh into something drippy and flavorful - this is your place. They make old-school onion rings which readily became my favorite side. On the burgers they use big fluffy kaiser buns and are generous with the toppings. Eating a burger here is a 2 handed event and keep the wrapper handy, there is a lot of juicy goodness going on! If you are wanting one of the best burgers ever ... skip the "Macs" and "Kings" and head over to Esquimalt. It is worth it! The burger is BIG ... I have never been able to eat the burger and rings in one sitting and usually nibble at the rings later. You can dine outside at the stand , sheltered patio furniture is available but we always just phone it in and walk over 10 minutes later. They have been around for years - it is not hard to understand why!
Came across this little burger stand in the Esquimalt Industrial Park. It's all outside seating on plastic chairs and folding tables under a tent/awning tucked away beside a building, so wind was not an issue. I guess what you would call this is street food. The Poutine was excellent, hot, steamy, cheesy, sticky, gooey, with lots of gravy. I ordered the large, couldn't finish it. A total heart attack waiting to happen, and man was it good! There was a young man who was severely violating a drippy and juicy burger. He said it was great, though I personally can't attest to the quality as it was not my mouth that was securely clamped onto it. I gave the 'Atmosphere' an excellent because it was kind funky sitting out under the awning. I had my dog beside me while I was eating, no problems. She enjoyed the poutine as well.
