Received incorrect order tonight. More than likely, it was because the associates were standing around telling jokes instead of paying attention. Got home, realized that fries were hard (not fresh, fried in old grease), and that 2 of the 3 sandwiches ordered were incorrect. Went back to the location and had to wait for the two guys working the front to stop flirting with a woman in the drive-thru. Furthermore, I shouldn 't have to hear them call each other the n word while prepping my order. At the end of the day, the order was still wrong before we pulled off. It wasn 't even worth complaining to the inappropriate adults you all seem to hire. Will never go back.

Extremely unprofessional environment. They laugh and joke and have conversations with their friends in the line holding it. They don’t pay attention to the orders. Will not be back.

That AI ordering tripped us out! Though accurate, it was so impersonal. The food came out so quickly that I wondered how fresh it would be. The fries were fresh and good, but needed heating up by the time we got home. The burger did not taste like the seasoned patties advertised on the site. Not a lot of flavor nor freshness. That was not the burger fix I was looking for. My Wife had the fish sandwich. We both said the meals were just alright.

The melts are back. Some what. Bought 4 and 2 didn't have any onions and the 2 that did had 2 small pieces. Maybe they ran out. Extremely disappointed. Just order extra onions.
