The Habit Burger Grill - Ventura

For being in ventura this establishment was very nice, clean, and the service was exceptional. I really really hate this area and was prepared to be disappointed but the staff was friendly and helpful. Get burger joint.

Great food. Love the online ordering and curbside pickup. Super convenient. One gripe; very limited parking.

This review is only about the service. I was so upset that I decided not to eat here. My partner went to the restroom and told me the code. Not realizing the restroom was outside, I went inside to ask what the code was so I could use the restroom before Iorder (which I was going to do), but she gave me a whole story about how each receipt has a bathroom code and it changes everytime it locks. When I located the restroom, I used the code my partner gave me and it worked without issue. I don't appreciatethe inconsistent story I was given versus when my partner walked into ask the same question as me and got a totally differentresponse. This reason, in addition to the fact that parking was non-existent was why we went to in-n-out instead.

I love the food at the Habit. Unfortunately, it took over 20 minutes to get my food after I ordered a Club sandwich and Ahi Tuna. I ordered onion rings they were over cooked. I complained, but no satisfaction, not even an I 'm sorry .

I forgot to order a side of ranch with my fries, but it was included in my bag anyway! It really made my day!
