The Habit Burger Grill - Ventura

To ventura this facility was very nice, clean, and the service was exceptional. I really hate this area and was ready to be disappointed, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Get Burger.

This review is only about the service. I was so upset that I decided not to eat here. My partner went to the toilet and told me the code. Not to recognize that the remaining room was outside, I went in to ask what the code was so that I could use the remaining room before the order (what I wanted to do), but she gave me a whole story about how each entrance has a bathroom code and it changes every time it locks. When I found the rest room, I used the code my partner gave me, and he worked without any problems. I do not appreciate that the unconsistent story I was given, versus when my partner went to the same question as I and got a completely different answer. For this reason, besides the fact that the parking was not available, the reason we went in-n-out instead.

I love the food in the habitat. Unfortunately, it took over 20 minutes to get my food after I had ordered a club sandwich and Ahi Tuna. I ordered onion rings that were boiled over. I'm complaining, but no satisfaction, not even an apology.

Great food. Love the online order and pickup. Very comfortable. A handle; very limited parking.
