Baskin-robbins - Ventura

Does this restaurant not properly train these young minimum-wage workers on how to make a basic milkshake? When I inquired if they had been taught how to make one, the response I got was sarcastic, saying, "That's your standard milkshake!" Um, no, that's a smoothie! Who wants to drink melted ice cream? I was very disappointed.

We are big fans of ice cream, and lately, Baskin Robbins has become one of our favorite stops. The kids all get to choose their own flavors, which is fantastic! They also have cakes available in the back, and the variety of flavors is impressive. Recently, they've started offering dipped cones with sprinkles and other toppings. With COVID-19 keeping us home more often, we've been visiting this place quite a bit. This location has an excellent selection of flavors!

I was prepared to spend $25, but not the full $65. The girl who was working was incredibly nice and very apologetic, which is the only reason I'm giving this place two stars. I asked if there was any way to get a discount due to the troubles, and she said she would pass my name and number to the manager to see if they could address the issues we faced. However, it has now been three weeks, and I have not heard back from anyone. In an era where many businesses are struggling, I would expect better customer service. Ice cream is a luxury for many, and from now on, I will be taking my hard-earned money elsewhere.

I tried the tiger milk bubble tea today, and it was unexpectedly delicious, but it was quite expensive for just a small size!
