Nice breakfast, beautiful pastries, great coffee and fantastic juices. Just wish they would have their amazing cronuts everyday. We try and come especially for them and sometimes they unfortunately don’t have them.

First time having breakfast here, the Benedict was absolutely amazing. Best coffee I had in a long time. The service is good and the atmosphere is relaxed, decor and design is beautiful. Well done.

Absolutely loved it! It was our first time visiting and the restaurant managed to make two simple dishes, French toast and avo egg on toast to be truly delish. Loved the atmosphere and design of the spot but the food was so tasty and balanced that we will definitely make this our new go to spot! Wonderful food, place and service !

We only had coffee here. The surrounds and decor is simple yet stylish. Staff is efficient and there is a relaxed atmosphere. Looks like a great place to eat or share a bottle of wine.

Went looking for Schoon de Companje, previously rated as one of the best eateries in Stellenbosch, but which has now apparently moved to Somerset West. The wine estate, Boschendal, well known for amongst others their great picnic baskets, has now taken over the premises. Enjoyed breakfast on a marvelous summer’s day outside. Exceptional coffees served in a cup on novel wooden saucers. The creamy scrambled eggs with bacon, farm sausage and freshly baked bread was a good choice. Looking forward to our next visit.
