McDonald's - Varennes

The staff consistently mess up orders. When I spoke to the manager about it, he said we should just deal with it. I don't want to waste my time here.

This McDonald's location offers quicker delivery service than the one in Boucherville. Even when they include drinks in the order, the delivery tends to be slightly slow.

Today, it took 13 minutes to get a coffee at this McDonald's, just like every morning. The staff, especially the man working this morning, were awful. The drive-thru was also slow and unhelpful. We have complained to the manager, but they were unresponsive.

Propreté du restaurant médiocre. Plancher collant, frites écrasées au sol. Comptoir liqueur sale. Service à l'auto interminable. Très mauvaise gestion.

Très déçu de cette visite. Le service était beaucoup trop lent,et ce, malgré qu'il n'y avait pas foule, il était 14h15. De plus, la serveuse ne semblait manifestatement pas aimer son boulot. Mon cabaret a été lancé avec non-chanlance sur le comptoir et les frites sont toutes sorties de l'amballage. Un gros Bof!
