Restaurant bewertenFood and service is good, but do not trust the 30mins free parking ! I got a ticket cost $85 with in 30mins . Do not parking and eat inside , you may cost much more .
In my opinion, Wendy’s is one of the top choices for fast food burgers. They always deliver fresh and consistent food, with delicious burgers, salads, and Frosty treats at a fair price. I recently visited this Wendy’s location for personal reasons related to my grandparents, who dined here a few years ago. I decided to try the “Son of a Baconator” burger, which impressed me with its tasty combination of fresh beef patties, bacon, cheese, ketchup, and mayo. The restaurant has also done a commendable job handling the pandemic with clear signage, one-way entrance, mandatory face coverings, and a clean environment. Overall, Wendy’s stands out for its quality and consistency, making it a recommendable choice in Vancouver.
Been going to this location for over 35 years. Service and food is always exceptional. If by some chance you are not satisfied they go out of their way to make sure you are a happy customer. Perfect location for families as they have free parking. Give them a try. My favourite is the dble baconator.
I wanted to share an experience that occurred on February 17th, 2021 in the Wendy's parking lot at 480 W. 8th Ave. in Vancouver, B.C. On that day, I parked in the Wendy's parking lot managed by Diamond Parking. Although there were no parking meters, the sign indicated 30 minutes of free parking for Wendy's customers. I parked at 9:30 AM and walked to the front door, unaware that the restaurant didn't open until 10:00 AM. Unfortunately, within just 5 minutes of leaving my car, I returned to find a parking ticket on my windshield. This visit ended up costing me $80.00. This incident has made me lose trust in the sign advertising free parking for Wendy's customers, and I am hesitant to visit Wendy's again. How was I supposed to know about the opening hours if I hadn't walked up to the door and read the posted schedule? I believe Wendy's should address this issue with Diamond Parking to avoid losing more customers. $80.00 for a parking ticket is outrageous, especially when I didn't even get a sandwich out of it. This unethical practice by Diamond Parking is setting a trap for unsuspecting Wendy's customers who may not be aware of the restaurant's operating hours. My wife and I used to enjoy dining at Wendy's before this incident, but now we are hesitant to return in fear of being ticketed again.
We usually go to Wendy's for lunch, but today I was craving chili so we stopped by around 9:30 PM hoping they were still open. To my surprise, I found out that this Wendy's is open from 10:00 AM to midnight. For those who love chili, Wendy's is the best place to go for a good deal in town.
