Never write negative reviews. so terrible this experience was. I have to share this terrible visit. I am regular customer with my friends who come to this beautiful place in the last 4 years since I live in west end position. always. happy and fully satisfied with service, great eating, funky music and I love this atmosphere of the pub. reminds me of my hometown. The last visit, however, was my worst experience I ever had in vancouver and perhaps in Canada in general! the waitress with green hair should really think of her herself! she was incredibly rud! terrible service, she forgets our drinks, she brought beer in glass bread, no smile at all, and it was difficult to get them. we were four people who had fun. after another friend we come to a non-alcoholic drink and she went. she calculated as with 20% tips included! I never pay them 20% for this terrible service! I'm making mistakes I'm leaving, I should call her manager! I don't stop coming for her, but she'll never serve me and my friends again! ever! and I have a lot of friends coming here. the management should consider its position.

Had a great Thursday night here! the queen should die. will be back sooner. service was also excellent!

On Tuesday, 13th november, with a friend for drinks and eating. eating was very valuable, and the server was great. what was not brilliant was the barman. touching his penis and getting the patrons to throw money into his pants. that seemed. how harmless fun, but the barman immediately after the treatment of the dresses on the drinks of the people. I didn't see how he could wash his hands once after that. this type of behavior is inappropriate and unacceptable.

My cousin was over visiting last week. She was only stopping for one night in Vancouver so we went out for a couple of drinks at this bar. There was a group of 6 of us. We all had ID except for my cousin who...didnt bring her passport because she was afraid of losing it. She is 32 years of age so she definitely looks over the drinking age. Anyway, the server took all our orders and asked my cousin for her order last. She then asked everyone for ID, and explained to my cousin she couldnt be served because of the strict laws in place. The server left and I was a little disappointed she wasnt going to be served so I decided I wouldnt drink if they wouldnt serve my cousin. I had a large order, 2 Coronas and 4 vodkas and red bull (it was for me and 1 other friend). I approached our server and pleaded with her to let my cousin have one drink and we would move along and she said she could lose her job etc etc. So I said that's no problem, you can cancel my order, I wont drink if my cousin cant drink, that's the reason I was even there in the first place. The server said the drinks are already poured, I'm not canceling your order I looked over her shoulder to the bar and my drinks were clearly not poured out. So I said no they're not, I can see the bar The server flipped and started calling me aggressive and ignorant. She stormed off and got the manager (he looked more like a bouncer, he was a big enough guy). To prove I wasnt being aggressive the first thing I said was hello sir, this women wont cancel my order I told him the same thing I told her, I'm not drinking if they don't serve my cousin and he again said the fines were huge etc. So I said that's no problem, please cancel my drinks and i turned around and went back to my table. 5 minutes later the drinks arrived for the whole table (obviously they weren't poured before). They had the cheek to pour my drinks that I clearly canceled and the waitress said they were poured, you'll have to pay for them I said I'm not drinking anything on that tray and she said oh I'll just have to give them away I stood up without saying one more word to her and approached the manager and said I thought I made myself clear that I didnt want these drinks He apologized and said I wont be charged for them, I said that's no problem at all, thank you very much and I took my seat. I waited for my friends to finish their drinks and I never received any sort of an apology from the server, she didnt even look at me when she collected the empty glasses. Needless to say, we left after one drink, and I wont be returning there anytime soon.

My daughter took me for Breakfast at this eatery! It is really huge and rustic building but decorated for tastley. The waiter and service was impeccable! I was really overwhelmed by the food choices..some amazing dishes for 5.95
