Wingstop - Vancouver

Door Dash wouldn't order me, boneless wings and the night crew liked to write my information to make them boneless when the job came. When I got my order, they were boned in, but when I called the load back, they were great and recognized the error. I went back and the night team was very friendly and made all my order new, hot and correct to be. After I came home, I realized that the crew had made my 8 pieces order into a much larger order than a possibility to make my night. I had a very hard week and this crew made it much better. good work!

We had delivered wings and freighters this afternoon. when it arrived, it was still very hot and the wings were nicely stacked and separated to not mention how delicious they were! 2 to whomever worked this afternoon, you did a great job!

Have ordered many paintings here, and the order has always been in place. most of the other reviews I think are people who are small and give 1 star because they did not get serviettes in their pocket or something else stupid. would definitely recommend this location!

I have to say. in the rule is wingstop great, it is our approach if we want wings! but tonight was very disappointing. we ordered two 8-part classic wings meal times; I got mild sauce, and my man got louisiana rub. what we got instead was the note on a hauch of taste wings, ingreased. there were NO sauce on my, and my man's were so lightly seasoned that even my dose 't were treated with mild salsa flavor 't pick up a lot of taste. I really hope this is not the new norm, but I cannot say I am eager to go back.

Called to place an order for pickup was told I couldn’t do hot lemon for pickup so I did delivery get my order and still had no hot lemon I call them and Dakota decides to tell me what he “ SPECIFICALLY “ did when I’m literally looking at my food. Only leaving this because he instead of apologizing he decided to tell me what he specifically did as if I wasn’t looking at it it’s not a sprinkle in sight. Call it petty but customer service is everything.
