Restaurant bewertenThe customer service was awful. I ordered mole enchiladas, but they didn't inform me that they were out of mole. When I asked about the status of my order, they told me I had to wait 20 minutes. I requested to speak with the manager, and she approached me with a mocking laugh to confirm I had to wait. The service was extremely disappointing—if I could give them less than one star, I absolutely would, because they don't deserve any stars at all!
At first they started well and then business declined. I've been but it's not the same
I went through the drive thru for 3 crispy tacos. Gave my card to pay and was immediately asked for a tip. But no one has done anything yet? How long will I wait? Is my order correct? Grudgingly I added a tip but will never be back for this reason. There is a difference between waitressing and working a drive thru window. And people tip AFTER the meal, not BEFORE you have even done anything to show you DESERVE a tip.
Another terrible experience. They consistantly mess up our order. The food is great, but I hate paying top dollar just to get home and have stuff I didnt want. I tipped 25% on a drive through order... Ill take my business and tips elsewhere.
Teresa is the most amazing cashier! She gave me Tums before I ate because my stomach was hurting. The food was incredible!
