Restaurant bewertenThis ramen shop seems to specialize in aged country-style miso. I ordered the limited edition stone-grilled kalbi ramen and 5 gyoza. First, the gyoza. They were chewy with solid fillings and overall very well done. By the time I finished the gyoza, the kalbi ramen was served. At first, the flavor seemed to be mainly miso-based, but as I continued to eat, the richness of the miso became overwhelming and I couldn't even finish the soup. The intensity of the aged miso lingered a bit too much, which was a bit disappointing! I regretted not ordering a more traditional menu here. I arrived right when they opened, but within 15 minutes the place was packed, showing how popular it is. Next time, I'll try a regular lunch set to see if it lives up to the hype again!
This restaurant is always busy in the mornings. The menu has been updated since my last visit. The spicy misto I used to get is now tsukemen, unless I read the menu wrong. This time, I ordered miso ramen. It was decent, but the broth didn't quite meet my standards. I will give something else a try next time.
This dish is characterized by a rich and spicy flavor. It cannot be compared to regular soy sauce ramen, as it stands on its own. It is incredibly delicious – not too spicy, not too sweet, just right. The gyoza also boasts a crispy skin and is quite tasty. The downside is that the parking lot can be confusing and the staff could be more cheerful. I visited on a weekday around 6 pm, and the restaurant was not crowded. It reminded me more of Bando-Taro's miso-nikomi udon.
It's not bad but it's not good either. Disappointed based on other reviews
Really good !!!
