Dewey's Pizza - University City

Taking pizza to the next level… above Costco. They have fancy toppings, but the crust was identical to the pizza at the Costco food court. This pizza was nothing special.

Great food, super friendly, attentive staff. Our first visit since we are new to the neighborhood but will not be our last. Glad to become regulars here!

The pizzas here are reliably good, but the salads are even better. Menu includes pizza, calzones and salads. They serve beer on draft and it's a Coke place (BIG plus in my book). The night we were here we ordered the Dr. Dre and the Bronx Bomber with extra cheese. Both pizzas were delicious but I was a little disappointed in the “extra” cheese on the Bomber… Didn't really seem like much extra. Server was really good. I'd recommend this place.

Ordered on the phone, but somehow, the ticket was lost and didn't get to the kitchen. They ended up giving us $20 off and we didn't wait too long. I'm visiting from San Francisco and I come out here 2x a year. This is the best pizza I've had on my many visits!

Nothing like the Socrates Revenge. Next I’m gonna try the Bronx Bomber or the Edgar Allen Poe. I could literally taste those olives the fontina added with parsley to give it that classical finish
