Mcdonald's - Universal City

Look, it's McDonalds. I don't know what to tell you. Either you like it (I love it) or not. No, it's not a good meal. No, the service is not great. But again McDonalds. Sometimes you just want to make a bad decision and they are more than willing to commit.

Depending on the time of day, it can be slow. Sometimes when I order large pommes, they are not really warm and filled to a medium size. I ask for a large water and I will be filled at any time and I am not sure if I need to ask for a cup especially if water or not. I worked at a McDonald's and not sure what has changed in terms of order. The service is usually friendly and correct.

I am happy to finally write a good review about this place. For years the service of the children has been terrible. But a new supplement, Donna is fabulous. She is consistently professional and is the reason why we have finally returned. Jennifer, the second window was good. Good job manager.
