Restaurant bewertenWasn't even here. I'm here at 19:45. at 8. it did not seem very busy as the back half of the restaurant was half empty. had to scan a QR code to order, but the internet is schoddy, so if we ordered (two) both order never went through; it took them to notice 15-20 minutes and finally had to order again. it seemed as if they had short employees, as there were 4 waiters, who serve all the sections and no real organization. there was a big group (they looked like regular) they looked like they had received priority service. fish was still fresh and eating was great, but the service has taken a dive.
The food was good. it's all you can eat. the menu is not clear what an order is. in the grunde each ordered thing was a qty of 1 . out of roll, which were 6 pieces.) so our first round of order, we received less than we had expected. but to our own fault, we would have asked the server and adjusted the first order immediately, but we did not. we would definitely come back here.
We haven’t been here in years and decided to come here for Easter Sunday. Although we were a party of four, we were given a table meant for 6-8 people. We sat in table 41, a two table section with table 42 across from us. We arrived there first before table 42 showed up and even ordered first. However, food was being given to table 42 first and service was favoured for their table. But then we started hearing comments on the other table saying stuff like: “We didn’t order this” or “Who ordered this” but continued to eat it anyways. We realized that they been giving our orders to the wrong table the whole time while giving us one or two things from the dozens of orders placed for our table. Even after I told the staff on what was happening, they still kept switching the orders around between each table and was rather slow about it too. The staff can’t be blamed for slow food from the kitchen/sushi bar but their service was messy from the start and the food was meh at best to make up for it. Even at the end for desserts, they were about to switch the orders again until I corrected her last minute. To top off this horrible lunch experience, the kid at table 42 vomited because of something he ate at that restaurant, poor kid. Would not recommend coming here
Went for AYCE lunch. Menu options are large, ordering must be done over the phone but was easy and quick. The only downside of the phone ordering is you do not get any pictures if you wanted to try new items. Food was very tasty. Would return.
Moreover, this place operates as a buffet but seems to have a problem when customers order multiple items. For example, when we requested spring rolls, we were only given one per order. When I asked for ten, the waitress looked shocked and refused, saying it was too much. Every time I attempted to order several items, the staff seemed annoyed. It made me uncomfortable to place an order, as it felt like they were more interested in making money than providing good service or food. Unfortunately, we ended up paying our bill while still feeling hungry. If you enjoy ordering a variety of dishes during buffets, be cautious about this place. The staff is very unwelcoming, especially the waitress, who seems to have a big issue with customers wanting to enjoy their meal. They have no qualms about charging you, but they appear to be really put off when it comes to serving food. What a disappointing experience!
