Green Paradiso Italian Deli

GREAT FOOD. Pizza selections are very creative. The owner is very polite and makes whatever you ask for! A must go to for pizza or sandwich options!

I believe these guys are trying very hard to succeed, but are just not there yet. I asked for a chicken cutlet and fresh mozzarella sandwich. For me a chicken cutlet in these parts is chicken breast pounded, spices, and breaded then fried or placed in the oven the result is crispy on the outside and succulent, juicy on the inside. What I got was a slice of chicken pan fried on the griddle and the result was a bit dry not juicy. The bread was not good crusty italian bread even thou the location is a stones throw from Hoboken, king of the best bread in the northeast. I also had a slice to go. The slice was ok. They have nice outside seating .

Just popped into this place and learned that it is under new ownership. The place is very nice and the guys behind the counter were friendly and attentive. I ordered a deli hero and chicken parm sandwich. Both were great! The sauce on the chicken parm was quite good and the fresh mozzarella on the hero was really good too! Will definitely be back and wish thent the best of luck!

Shouldn?t call yourself a pizzeria if your not making pies, been here twice for a pie and both times was told they not making pies!

I visited this place before venturing to Washington park...loved this place for it 's unpretentiousness. Went in and immediately was offered a genuine greeting. Ready made opt or made to order(MTO) available. Ordered ready made 2 slices of expertly presented Alfredo sauce with ham, and a perfectly cooled drink for $8. Super quick and ready to go in meer minutes Enjoyed a beautiful al fresco experience. Thanks, can 't wait to explore other menu opt.
