Govinda's Cafeteria - Udaipur

It was great. Was recommended by one of my closest friends, and man! He was right. Ambience is excellent, cozy and relaxing. The service is fine. They were perfect as they should be.

This place serves delicious Nordic dishes One of the specialties is that there is a rooftop near the town palace and there is a magnificent view Palak malai ka bharta is a mouth irrigation dish that is served with corn you also had a chaach that was also good.

The food is good, but the place is very small to accommodate the city palace that fills itself. The service could be much better. Had to wait over 40 minutes to get our food.

Plain simple advice- avoid this the food stinks. the guy cannot make even a good basic masala dosa . guy rips off foreigners by aligning with local guides who brings them to him. i think foreigners don't know what a good indian dish is. they get literally ripped off, for some horribly sub-standard food at premium price just because of its proximity to city palace. if you are reading this review while ordering, straightaway cancel the order and leave. search for better hygienic place. ps- if you will get a peak at cooking area , you will literally vomit your food out.

Decent place, good ambiance and lots of delicious food to try. i have almost liked everything i tried here. if you are looking for a place to quickly grab a bite, this is the right place but you cannot go there for a proper heavy meal.
