I don’t understand why we’re charged 3% to use our debit card. This is the cost of doing business. We should be penalized for using our debit card.

Poor customer service! Served me a lukewarm Gyro! I returned to the truck to request if they could heat it up or make another one the gentleman just apologized with an attitude like he didn’t understand how to fix the issue!He claimed they prepared the Gyro between 400 500 degrees! If that’s the case, why wasn’t it steaming hot?!? A waste of $13! I threw it away! All he had to do was make another one! Never again! He’s lucky I’m a man of GOD!Updated Response: Your response is a complete lie, but it’s OK. You have to protect the integrity of your brand. I did not return 10 minutes later nor was the gyro half eaten. I returned within 2 3 minutes of receiving it because the meat was lukewarm. I didn’t bite it at all. I sampled the meat by grabbing a couple pieces out and that’s how I knew. Secondly, your staff member did quote that temperature to me. I have no reason to lie about any of this. We go to thetruck as much aspossible when we can get here before they close just wish they could be open later like during dinnertime or have brick and mortar place we believe they would do a killing with both eat in and take outw we also have tracked down one of the trucks on weekends so i can get my authentic gyro craving. We dont have any greek restaraunts anywhere around this is definitly.the real authentic deal deal maybe add some aveglomeno soup aka chicken lemon rice soup and tyropetees would be awesome so if you are looking for some great gyros this is it!
