Alicia's Sugar Shack - Twain Harte

The first time was at Alicia's, went up with Greg Stevens and was very surprised with the excellent service that was damn good breakfast Burrito and the coffee... I was not surprised by the service and kindness of Alicia and her staff, you come to expect that when living in a small mountain community and experiencing a new jewel of a place!

What a fantastic spot! Nestled among the sugar pines, the food was delicious and kept me satisfied all day. I ordered the veggie eggs Benedict, and we enjoyed our meal outdoors under the trees. It was lovely!

You can't go wrong with anything you order here! From pastries to sandwiches to breakfast burritos, everything is amazing, and their cappuccinos and lattes are truly the best you'll find. The highlight is the warm welcome you receive when you walk in, making you feel like family coming home for breakfast! Alicia has a fantastic personality that really adds to the experience!

The best place to stop on the way to the hill. Amazing things to satisfy your sweet tooth. Weekend breakfast specialities are also worth checking.
