In principle, this is all that potential buyers need to know about this place; the only cool thing is a tasteless roll the width of a stick. Will I order again definitely not. Shame is shameful.

My wife and I eat at this establishment all the time. The prices are very good and the rolls are very tasty. On the third floor there is a pizzeria with delivery service. The service is good, it’s not a sin to leave a tip)

We visited for the first time and everything was vibrant, beautiful, comfortable, and, most importantly, delicious! The portions were generous and appetizing, the prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience!

We often order sets to go from the cafe on Guseva, and our experiences have varied. They frequently change the ingredients in the rolls, but overall, the food is tasty. However, we've encountered some issues, such as rolls that were squished in their packaging and even found hair on more than one occasion. Yet, all of that pales in comparison to our most recent order. One of the rolls contained rotten, decaying avocado. When I called to complain, they told me it had been 1.5 hours since my order and asked what I expected. There were no apologies or understanding from the manager, which was very disappointing. It really ruined our evening. Although the other rolls were decent, I lost all desire to eat them after that incident. Naturally, I will not recommend this cafe, and I won't be returning, despite having spent a fair amount of money there. In response to the standard comment, I want to note that I submitted my complaint but have received no response.

I ordered pizza and sushi. According to the operator, delivery would take an hour. It’s now been 1.5 hours. I called again and spoke with one operator, waiting about 7 minutes while he tried to find out what was going on. Then I was connected to another operator, who also started investigating the situation, and once again, I had to listen to music on the line. Overall, it would be easier to just boil some dumplings. The service feels unreliable—it's like they deliver whenever they feel like it.
