Restaurant bewertenWe normally love Chipotle, but this location was very disappointing. With only a few people in front of me, I didn’t think it would take long for me to get my food. 20 minutes later…They were completely out of several items and temporarily out of (cooking) others. Look at the picture and see just some of the empty containers, then look at the stack of dirty containers in the background.Most of the employees appeared apathetic and certainly weren’t hustling. Watching their actions made me conclude they just didn’t care.My chicken bowl had bottom of the container charred bits scrapped into it and the queso container was only filled halfway.The girl who checked me out was friendly and apologized for the wait.
This is literally the worst Chipotle in America. Been here 3 times and every time they have been out of chicken and a bunch of other stuff. Slower than Christmas too
Whew ? worst pickup experience I’ve ever had! The girl with the braids that was handling my order gave me the food bag without part of the order. I told her I ordered chips and queso, but it’s not in the bag. I thought maybe it was an accident. Nope, no accident. She said oh… we’re out. She didn’t offer a credit for the missing item or anything. She just mouthed off at me under her breath. I just got off work after a 10 hour day and definitely didn’t need that foul experience. I wasn’t rude to her and I didn’t raise my voice at all.
I walked in today and everything went in order until I went into the kick and wage division! roaches literally ran over the counter. close to the bags and the toppings area. I literally left my food there after I saw that.
The food quality has gone way down. Stale chips and gristle for meat. I'm not going back. Hopefully a district manager reads the comments. @chipotle
