Mcdonald's - Tupelo

I haven’t been in a McDonald’s in years. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Coffee was delicious and hot. Order was served promptly. This was during the busy Saturday morning breakfast rush. You do have to order through the free standing kiosk or on the app so if technology is not your favorite, you could just do the drive through.

The prices are getting higher but there is no improvement in quality. But it's still a good place to take children. It has a playgroundParking: Parking can be a little tricky when drive-thru is busy

Tameka assisted me at the speaker. She was polite and spoke very clearly so I could hear her. She was so efficient and told me to have a great day! She is wonderful! Glad she is apart of this staff at W. Main McDonald'

People are walking in and walking right out because there's no one at the register to take orders. Some people don't know how to use the kiosk or they're in a hurry so they prefer to order at the register. Also, I selected for my order to brought to the table that I was sitting at, and it wasn't. Why have the option for them to bring your food to your table if they won't do it? All of this I've just described is why I rated the service a 1 star. Now I really enjoyed the iced coffee I got. It was delicious and so were the sausage and biscuits.

This is ridiculous! I went through the drive thru, and the guy asked for my order. I was about to give it and he said one moment. I have been waiting in line for 12 minutes and no one has spoken to me!!
