Mcdonald's - Tulsa

I arrived at the restaurant and was informed that their system had just come back online. I was asked to pull over and park, then wait for another five minutes. I decided to be accommodating and waited for fifteen minutes instead. When I finally started to place my order, I was interrupted and told that they were serving breakfast. I mentioned that it was 4:00 PM and thought breakfast started at 6:00 AM. They then told me that they were serving breakfast now. I asked to see the breakfast menu to make a decision, but was told that they couldn’t change the menu, which was quite frustrating. Overall, the lack of attention to customer service left much to be desired, but I’ll stop here.

I waited at the register for about 4-5 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me and offered assistance. Several staff members noticed me but either continued talking or went back to their tasks without helping. The preparation of my order was also quite slow, despite the restaurant not being busy. I ordered apple slices for my son, but the portion size was disappointing—just a single tiny packet. While McDonald's is typically known for being fast and affordable, this experience was subpar.

The food was delicious and fresh! The service was a bit slow, likely due to the lack of customers, but perhaps that was a good thing considering the freshness of the food. However, the manager was upset and raised their voice. Overall, I would rate the food a 5/5.

This special McDonalds fight to let employees, camps and equipment run. Last time I was there, it looked like a fourth menu was marked as unavailable by device failure. Food: 4/5

Super busy. Ran out of apple pies and didn't tell anyone. Got home and noticed they weren't inside the bag. Head back up there just to be told to go to the second window. So a young girl said I don't know why she was sending people back here for apple pie. Y'all suppose to get a strawberry pie. Nobody wants a strawberry pie. Thankfully the manager fixed it and gave me two apple pies.
