Billy Jack's Panciteria - Tuguegarao

Tuguegarao City is home to a fantastic Pansit restaurant that serves up one of the best Pansit Patil Patung in the city. They offer a variety of add-ons such as chicharon bulaklak, tapa, and salami. I often bring visitors from Manila to this restaurant because of its lovely ambiance and cleanliness.

The toppings that they put on your pancit and the unique interiors will make the experience unique. Its not usual to have sisig, chicharon bulaklak, chicharon, tapa, longganisa and balut on your pancit. Without those toppings the food is ordinary and would prefer to eat at Jeff's panciteria.

Panciteria, a name you see around Tuguegue much like a Pizarria or a deoi in New York. However, Billy Jack is unique in the sense that the choices of add ons they have are abundantky great. You one balut in it? they have that too!

The pancit here is the best so far as all the toppings are mouth watering! chicharon bulaklak, lechon kawali, chili garlic, balut, chicharon and fresh veggies. add a red horse beer plus the very nice sounds they play and beautiful young diner ladies! what more can you ask?!?!

Recommended by friends and did not disappoint. a modern take on pansit, nice concept. choose size and pick your add ons. it's like chipotle. i got chorizo and balut, yes, BALUT, for kicks and surprisingly it was complimentary. for the adventure types.
