I had a really bad experience at this restaurant today. The girl working at the drive-thru at 6pm had a terrible attitude towards me. She rolled her eyes, was disrespectful, and made me feel unwelcome. When I tried to pay with Apple Pay, my phone overheated and took a moment to turn back on. However, she was impatient and insisted that I go inside the store instead of waiting a few more seconds. I called the store to complain, but no one answered. Her customer service skills were non-existent and it was a really unpleasant experience. I think she should be fired because she has no business working there. I still want to eat at this restaurant, but I won't be returning if she is still working there.

My co-worker and I always order online from this location and we’ve always had a great experience but today was awful… I walk in and my online order said it was ready. Not one employee acknowledged me at all , they allowed more than one customer that had just walked in to go before me. What’s the point of ordering ahead of time online if you’ll be treated this way. It’s disappointing.

Violently sick the next morning and all day after eating from here. The employee had one glove on too, while her gloveless thumb was in my plate. I hate this place, and they seem pretty unhappy. Doubt they care about customer safety, in fact I guarantee it, until they get in trouble. Like any repercussions would ever happen to that person. Trash panda
