Restaurant bewertenTerrible, terrible, terrible! the orange huh is nasty! I have been eating Chinese for 50 years and I have never seen it cooked like a roll and server like sushi slices in a box. it was only baked on the round side and the chicken quality was absolutely terrible. also the crabs/rangoons greased. much overpriced for quality / quantity. I will never order from this place again. I'll tell you!
The golden dragon on sunrise has the absolutely best chicken wing in tucson. often overlooked by local food vendors who would rather follow the hype of new facilities that are considered more authentic. it seems a bit unfair that just because they have a generic name most of these blogs totally ignore them as if they don't do it for thirty years; they have a risk away from all these others locate the blogs hype up. talk to someone from new york and they could tell them that their favorite Chinese court wing is with rice. the chef at sunrise location worked before new york and the delicious wings reflect this. Not every dish in any restaurant will be amazing, they just need to know what to order. I have not seen any blogs that mention how big the wings are here, but perhaps?s because they are too busy writing uninspired articles about the same facilities as TV shows to tucson and film in the same restaurants every year. These food blogs no longer know about cuisine than they or I, and while their recommendations are met or miss, they are absolutely lacking by being biased and not exploring restaurants in this city.
One of our 4 meal times was unusable. at the complaining the server reacted by saying that 's the way it is cooked. had to ask the manager who gave the buck to the chef who had badly overcooked the meal and innocently not for the meal.
We have visited several times. last week we have been up 15 minutes before 2 o'clock. the owner was extremely rude by "we close at 2 ". why don't they take our order? that's gonna get out of here soon. Yeah, we're done with this facility.
Food (house lo mein house fried rice) was very good. Husband said his fried rice was a bit dry. Food was served hot and in a timely manner. Wait staff could've been a bit more attentive.
