Restaurant bewertenAs of November 2013, AZ Chipotles don't have sofritas, but black and pinto beans are vegan so it's easy to get a delicious, filling meal. Good mexican food is obviously plentiful here in Tucson, but we still frequent Chipotle because their food is good, fresh, and vegan-friendly.
Made me feel like I was in assembly line. That was out of everything.
There are flies buzzing around the cheese, and the meat is placed directly next to the vegetables in uncovered dishes.
I visited this restaurant for the first time today since becoming a vegan, hoping to try their soy frito filling (which they did not have). I almost left due to the long line and slow service. They had limited options in terms of toppings, with only lettuce, peppers, and salsa available. I ended up ordering a burrito bowl with rice, beans, lettuce, salsa, and guacamole, which tasted pretty good. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I probably won't be returning in the future.
I really enjoy Chipotle. One of the reasons I like it is because it's conveniently located on the east side and offers a satisfying vegan meal option that isn't overly unhealthy. I often find myself having to travel quite a distance to dine out, so it's nice to have a nearby option. The only downside is that the menu lacks variety, so I can get bored if I eat there too frequently. Additionally, the lines can be quite long at times.
