Papa John's Pizza - Tucker

I?m highly unsatisfied with the customer service I received today. I order from papa johns all the time and I?ve never been treated so poorly. I ordered two pizzas and two drinks. The driver from door dash didn?t speak English which why would he bedelivering for door dash if he can?t understand his customers. I?m highly upset and don?t think I?ll be ordering from them everagain. The store nor door dash tried to rectify the situation. I paid for two sodas and didn?t receive them. If I could leave nostars I would.

It took over an hour from the time the order was placed and the time I recieved the 3 cold pizzas and brownies that picked up after waiting in drive thru line

I want to recognize the young lady who was working by herself at lunchtime on 10/15/22. My pizza was PERFECT. I?ve been in that exact same situation at a take out restaurant, dealing with phones, walk-ins, pick-ups AND making the food. exasperating is themost polite way to phrase it. BUT she kept her composure and was polite as could be. I?m sorry I didn?t get her name but toany DMs reading this?. she deserves a raise.

I will not give this location another penny! The ppl working in this store are soooooo rude it?s ridiculous. I placed an online order for one pizza. I went to the drive through to pick it up. I sat there for over 10 mins while every single person juststarred and kept walking as if they didn?t even see me (which they did). The last time I came the young girl just opened thewindow didn?t say a word.. I said umm hello she just stood there .. I told her my name she got the pizza and closed the window.It took everything in me not to throw the pizza in her face!!! I can?t stand rude axx ppl in these restaurants. Like we owe themsomething. WE the customers are WHY you get a dam. Paycheck!!!!!

We ordered in advance, but our pizzas were not ready when they were to be picked up. I paid for her and was told it was 7 minutes more. When the time was up, I sat at the pick-up for 10 minutes. The pizzas were bagged and ready, but the checkout chose to speak with the manager for another 5 minutes. Pizzas were cold and the blows were economical. I won't protect this place again.
