Pizza Hut - Trussville

This Pizza Hut has changed since it moved to the strip mall location. Have ordered from them a couple of times and today will be the last. The first time I ordered, they were great!! Very friendly and the pizzas were delicious. However, the next time was not a good experience. I ordered online and it gave me a pick up time of twenty minutes for my orders (two pizzas) to be ready. When I walked in, there were five people ahead of me, also waiting. They never began our orders!! People were angry, others cancelled their orders and walked out. I stuck around and waited over an hour. They did seem to be understaffed and acted like they didn't want to be there. Never received an apology. Gave them another chance today, and the pizzas were a little burnt and the marinara sauce tasted different. From now on, I'll go to a dine in location (Pelham location was the best) for a fresh pizza.

I?ll give 3 stars for right now because I haven?t received my food yet. I placed a delivery order online at 6:25 and the delivery estimation showed 45-60 minutes. AFTER I placed the order, that changed to 95-105 minutes. The restaurant is literally 1.7 miles away and it?s a Wednesday. I called to inquire as to whether or not the 95-105 minutes was accurate and was told, very unapologetically: ?it?ll probably be longer than that, likely over 2 hours, we only got one driver and it?s a rush?. I?ve worked in a lot of customer service settings, and poor staffing should not be an excuse for poor service. Get more/better employees or something. Will update when/if I recieve my order.

I ordered right before close on April 3rd and the woman closing was so nice. Most places would have been so short and annoyed. If she was upset, she didn't show it. I felt bad going so late but my power suddenly went out. I was so thankful they were open that late. And like I said she was super nice and made us delicious hot pizzas.

I don?t normally leave negative reviews, but this place is HORRIBLE, to say the least. This is my 2nd bad experience with them. I live 10 minutes away from the location, I ordered at 6:2O, the website said it would arrive at 7:00p, I called at 7:40p, and was told that it had not left for delivery. I called back at 8:00, was told that it was out for delivery. 9:00, still no dinner. Pizza and a movie night ruined, Movie has gone off and there?s no food. If you want delivery this is NOT the place. I had the same exact experience before, I thought it was maybe just a bad day, the driver said that they only had one driver that night. This seems to be the normal. DONT ORDER. Update, Pizza NEVER arrived.

GREAT FAST SERVICE! MY PIZZA WAS ORDERED ONLINE AND READY WHEN I ARRIVED. I ALSO APPRECIATED HOW I WAS GREETED BY ALL OF THE WIRKERS WHEN I ENTERED RHE STORE.
