Coffeebar Bakery - Truckee

Used to love this place but seems to have fallen off a bit. The pastry assortment hasn’t changed in a long time (previously seemed to update weekly) so feels a bit stale. They also run out of pastries pretty quickly (like 11am) and the service recently has not been very good.

Bakery products are great especially the croissant—sandwich but the lattes were subpar. Looked like they were training someone today which is a poor decision on a weekend morning….but I’ll probably try it again

The taste was weird, it’s dry cake. Definitely it’s not good option, because there’s no option, I rather take an ice cream in McDonald’s. Totally regret to drive here

Coffeebar bakery has some of the best vibes and good food, but even better workers! a coworker called india was especially helpful!

Enter them and they are greeted by warm things (also on snowy days) and the mouth-watering smell of fresh baked goods. they offer a similar selection of what they find in the coffeebar coffee shop in truckee, but with the experience of a bakery instead of a caffe. great place to see where they were coming, but with the same excellent coffee they would expect from a coffee bar location.
