Tonton Farine - Troyes

Breakfast, nice frame not noisy music to my taste, little to be holiday period, not much world, nice service, good pastries, not to fall either, but hot chocolate not terrible.

Amateur with good bread, toton flour makes one of the best bread we can find on troyes. (baguette torsade.) I also had the opportunity to test qq deserts (tart and flank,) a delight.

I was going regularly to to yourton flour for lunch. sandwiches are good, salads too, products seem fresh and the nice setting, to make you forget the price. Too bad, so that the service often leaves to be desired. the waitresses seem exhausted, and the service is still suffering. We'll give you a cracked panini without explanation or excuse. We'll give you a salad a sandwich a dessert to take away without a bag, otherwise we have to pay it. I have seen several of them lead the tip of the dressing tube from the tip of the nail (once even when the nail in question was first used to scratch a button.) I'm sure that with more staff, more practical dressing tubes, and more hygiene, we wouldn't be far from a bakery / snacking top.

This concept seemed super nice in view of the showcase, products and decor. but service is cold and impersonal. Are waitresses stressed or tired? some sandwiches are original and succulent ...

Good bakery, choice and flavors at the rdv, only flat the prices.even if I am aware that quality and good ingredients have a price I find that the rates are high for Troyes.Original concept...To discover.
