Panera Bread - Troy

The food was insanely good and there wasnt a long wait time. I got half of a mediterranean veggie sandwich and a cream of chicken and wild rice soup. I definitely recommend it :

Today the service was wonderful! The person who took my order in the drive thru was so helpful and the lady who gave it to me was very polite. Good customer is hard to come by these days and it was so refreshing to go to a place where the staff has pleasant attitudes.

I'm trying to get breakfast here since I've been working in the same mini-mall. many of the time that my commands are wrong. Today I had to be refunded after waiting for about 15 minutes for an breakfast sandwich, as I looked at the sides behind me who received their orders. it is almost as if the old lady who makes the food, who commands PPl intentionally puts. clearly try to work while boomers who sit only around the day, get served asap.

All paneras have the same eating so a panera will stand out for their personal. because how clean it is and its service. this is great. the personal does not care enough to read their names or to speak it right and then this evil spoon. No, thanks.

I always command panera bread, but this is the closest to me to house that for 5 times have not the products for my order. very unsatisfactory.
