My husband called yesterday morning to order ribs for my surprise birthday dinner last night. I had mentioned the ribs Ray had made over the weekend and how wonderful they looked on a fb post! We didn’t know that ribs aren’t on the menu everyday. However, Ray and his staff went the extra mile and smoked ribs just for us. I can’t thank you enough! Not only was I surprised by the party, but I was very surprised to see ribs from Ray Wade’s sitting on the table!! Special shoutout to Tanya and Ray for going above and beyond to make my birthday special! The food was AMAZING as always!! They have excellent food and an exceptional staff, you can’t find better customer service!

The dining experience at this restaurant is fantastic. Although they have limited hours and can be a bit pricey for the portion sizes, if the staff were more welcoming with their service, it could easily be the top dining spot in East Texas.

We came from Arlington for a nearby conference and were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The trip from Arlington is definitely worth coming back for! The BBQ was amazing and the staff was excellent. The brisket was smoked to perfection with a beautiful smoke ring. The East Texas hot links were also unbeatable. Ray Wade's is now my go-to BBQ spot in East Texas.
