Restaurant bewertenIncredible quality of beef. Dishes are simple but they present top quality of the ingredients in this simplicity. On the photo, you can see beef slices with local mushrooms and parmesano.
We ordered from the menu, the meets were good but nothing special (almost all the same, the difference was the extra mushroom or parmesan... I liked the most the fried egg with black truffle. Next time we try the beefs from the window fridge.
Best place in town, right at the beginning of the city center. A quiet place where you can enjoy the best dishes you can imagine. The service is smooth and the waiters are very nice and attentive. The owner is one of the nicest restaurant owner of Tropea and you can clearly see how much he loves his job and to be around people. We ate here for 4 days in our 6 days holiday, this shows how much we loved this place. The food is amazing, with outstanding quality, there is no bad dish in the menu and I recommend trying out all kinds of pasta and their meat (especially tagliata and filetto) The quality/price and quantity/price is the reason why we kept coming back to this place. They give you a lot of food and you pay the right price for it, the cheapest pasta is 12 euro and you’ll get a plate full of it. It’s safe to say that you will leave with a full and happy belly.
Been there twice and both time excited by the hospitality of Cosmo and Nicolas. Quality of meat is just amaizing. This is the place to be for lovers of dry aged beef.
Amazing steak ! It was the best we have ever had- we didn't think we would ever get better than the steak we had in New York years ago. Lovely local sharing starter board and red wine. Friendly staff too. Shame we went on our last night otherwise we would have gone back.
