Smoke's Poutinerie Oshawa

I try the regular poutine to know if they nail it like in Québec. Well it's a big YES!!! They taste exactly the same! Sooo delish! Perfect recipe of sauce and incredible fries. Next time I want to try tater tots!!!!

If I knew the cheese would be chunky and not melted I wouldn't have came.Picked up with lukewarm gravy. Drove 10min to hotel and had to heat it up again. Fries didn't taste fresh.No napkins provided ! Just the poutine and one fork. Try eating that on the go.I don't usually post bad reviews but there is a lot of room for improvement.

Fries were good, cheese curds were barely warm, not melted at all. Very, very little streak in the Philly Cheese Steak; peppers onions were cold. (I ate it with 5 minutes after if was made). Good customer service. Very disappointed for paying over $16.00.

Customer Service (girl cashier) was great, but I did see two guys just standing and talking in the back... May have been the owner/franchisee. Either way, they could have taken the time to help the girl out with the till so that the customers didn't have to wait as long from a customer's perspective, it's always frustrating to be waiting while seeing people available in the kitchen. Gravy was good, but the fries themselves were soggy and the toppings were ok at best.

I gotta say a poutine shouldn't cost $26. On top of that, the box leaked out in my friends brand new Cadillac. I will say the food was good but I won't be going back there again. $26 bucks people.
