Burger King - Traverse City

The service was very polite and the food was excellent. This has become my new favorite spot since the Front Street location went downhill.

The food and service were excellent, and it was wonderful to have the option to go inside and enjoy a meal at the table.

Everything went well until… I get to the 2nd window, and the shift manager at 12:20 at noon (7-6-2023) and he hands me my order, and simply says “ketchup, salt, and napkins.” And it sounded like a statement not a question. I just said “okay cool thanks” and the guy (manager) replies “okay, guess not” and walks off never to be seen again. I know it’s small but he made the experience terrible with his snide comments.

I went through the drive-thru, and they got my order correct.

Went inside for lunch with friends and we all agreed that our meals were great. I finally tried their Big King and it was way better tasting than anything served at McDonald's.
