I've been stuck in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes and can't even get out of line because of the cars behind me. I've been told they are prioritizing walk-in customers, which is unfair. This is ridiculous, and I don't plan on returning. In fact, I won't even bother picking up my order—I'm just going to drive straight through since I have no idea how long it's been sitting on the counter.
We waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, unable to move because there were cars behind us, and we never even got the chance to place our order. When we reached the speaker, the worker assured us she would be with us shortly, but then we were left in silence. If they had just communicated better, we would have been understanding, but sitting there with two hungry kids and no clue about what was happening was really frustrating. So much for "fast" food.
The experience was great overall, and the food was served warm. The only downside was that the Sprite tasted a bit watered down, but that's something they may not have been aware of.
The service at this Burger King was quite slow. I placed my order at 9:52, with an estimated delivery time of 10:30. The delivery driver had to wait in the drive-thru for nearly 40 minutes to pick up my order. It ended up arriving at 11:26, which is an hour later than the expected delivery time.
