Tsubomi - Toyama

Possibly the best ramen in the world, it was absolutely delicious. So amazing!

I had a thick ed dried ramen. Even if it is too thick, it seems to be able to dilute from later, but I was able to eat it if it is exquisite salt addition from the mouth. It was a ramen that I want to eat again because the tangle with oodles was excellent.

I visited for the first time after the relocation. It was around 1:00 p.m. on Friday. 40 minutes I got a fried egg ramen. The rich taste of chicken was very delicious. I would like to eat simmering next time, even though the careful service was changed.

初めてなのでレビューなど参考に、煮干中華と鶏白湯中華、麺の太さと硬さを決めて挑みました！ 私は鶏で細麺柔らかめ、旦那は煮干で通常麺（細麺）の替玉プラス。 私は大満足。スープが濃厚で煮玉子がトロトロ。レアチャーシューはラーメンというより濃厚なスープパスタを頂いた様な満足感。 旦那の方は、ザ･煮干でこちらも濃い味。 ただ、ガッツリ食べる人なので太麺にすればよかったな、と言ってました。 店内満員にもかかわらず、替玉のタイミングを見てカウンターから声をかけてくれたのは流石でした！ 今度は平日に友達と来ようと思います

開店１時間前でも相当混んでました。店内はカウンター10ほど テーブル席。 注文はにぼしラーメン、麺の固さと味の濃さのリクエストができます。濃いめにしたスープにも負けない、小麦の良い香りが口に広がる歯触りの良い麺が美味しい。とてもおいしかったです。
