Mikisushi - Toyama

We went there at 11:30am morning and the place is just opened. We had a Toyota wan sushi set, which I love the way they named sushi set using local fishes. Yummy.

Non-revolving sushi from Toyama Bay Local production for local consumption, both fish and rice were delicious I enjoyed the taste of the ingredients without using soy sauce. It was fun to talk with the general~ Kurobe, trolley train Autumn leaves were also good! 旅行で寄りました。東京都心でここと同じクオリティの鮨を食べようと思うと。。。なんでオススメです。ネタの新鮮さはもちろんシャリも個人的には好きな硬さでした。昆布締めが特にグッと刺さる。
