Restaurant bewertenStopped here after visiting the Glass Art Museum. Got the veggie plate set with iced coffee, and the raw cacao cake for dessert. The coffee was decent, but the veggie plate and cake were spectacular. The portions were generous, and there was a nice cozy vibe in the cafe as well. They have plenty of options for take away as well.
Sadly, this area is far from the main station (where most accommodations are), but I decided to give it a try since I had free tram tickets and some time during my last morning in Toyama. This is located in one of those big shopping areas with a Donki, Hard Off, etc., around 15min from the Koizumi chō stop it really didn 't look like there was anything around, so I was so surprised to come across the beautiful European style single building where it 's located. I went for a seasonal parfait and a soy latte. The prices are comparable to Tokyo (the parfaits are more like a mini size), but everything was absolutely fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed, with just a couple of older ladies around, and the staff girls were very sweet. Sad that there weren 't any vegan mains on the eat in menu (the hamburg was for takeout), not a fan of the whole detox mindset (I have 1 liver and 2 kidneys), but all the desserts and drinks looked super colorful and appetizing. The self serve veggie water is always a plus for me.
We went for lunch in a group of 4 people. They have a vegan burger plate (and said they can adjust a little some other dishes upon request). The burger was very nice, the plate was filling and everything was so healthy. They seem to have some raw vegan cakes, smoothies and other drinks.
