Restaurant bewertenWe visited A Touch of Salt for my sisters graduation dinner. Meals are slightly smaller and quite pricey, however absolutely beautifully presented and delicious. In saying that, none of our party left hungry and everything was just enough. We were greeted with great enthusiasm at the door and taken straight to our table. Service throughout the night could not be faulted. The wine and cocktail list was fantastic, although again, quite pricey. Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options are available. Over all I would rate A Touch of Salt as one of the nicest restaurants in Townsville for a special occasion.
Their number one ranking in Townsville is well deserved. I had the Entree sized pasta with fresh greens which left room for the bread pudding. Absolutely fantastic, as was the service.
Excellent fine eating right by the water. I had a delicious steak and some oysters. Very impressed with Townsville dining standards. Attentive service.
Celebrated my Dad's 76th birthday on a weeknight. Not only was the food incredible and the wine well matched, but we were very well looked after by the lovely, professional, knowledgeable and friendly Kiera and Mark . From such a simple yet heartwarming touch when every one of the staff that interacted with us wished Dad a Happy Birthday to the immaculate timing of all the courses and wines being brought out not too early and not too late... just another example how effortlessly nice a dining experience can be. <br/ And as a bonus, my traditionally meat eating parents were absolutely blown away with how delicious all the vegan dishes were. <br/ <br/ Thank you for making our night yesterday a celebration to remember and talk about for years to come. Highly recommended!
Lovely menu, variety and quality of food was enjoyed by the six of us last evening. We chose a selection of entrees to share and a main course each . Everyone was very happy with the food presented and again the variety of menu options was terrific. We will be back. Townsville council has a great location on the banks of Ross creek that they need to further develop into what could be world class
