Restaurant bewertenOur visit was very pleasant. We haven't been here in a very long time. I'm glad we gave it a try. Food was fresh and their rolls and honey butter are fantastic. Staff was friendly as well. The best part is, my entire family ate for less than the cost of ordering pizza at home. We plan on visiting more regularly.
We were greeted seated and waited upon fairly quickly it took the waitress a while to bring our drinks it took about 15 minutes to get our bread. And then after an hour of waiting a gentleman comes up and says he was the chef and the food was not acceptable to be served so he was redoing it and he apologized and went back to the kitchen another hour went by before our food finally came the waitress never took away our empty glasses or dirty plates or any of the cleanup duties of a waitress. When we finally did get our food it was barely warm look like I'd been sitting underneath the warming light for quite some time . Seemed kind of funny considering they had to redo our order because it wasn't acceptable. And when she presented the check she said we prefer that you pay in cash and I'd like to have it as soon as possible. The chicken may have tasted really good although it was lukewarm this is not a restaurant I will ever go back to very poor very poor
1st time at this location! We came right at 11 am on a Saturday and was the first one inside. Was told by our waitress that the bread wasn’t going to be ready for 20 minutes because they don’t start any until someone comes in. Our food was not warm at all. Our waitress was ok.
So I ordered the grilled chicken family meal and an order of brownie bites. You get 2 sauces with the chicken. I was given one sauce with this bug in it. Disgusting. So I had no sauce for my chicken because they didn't even provide the other one. I was actually reluctant to even eat the meal after noticing the bug in the sauce! Then the brownie bites was supposed to be bite-sized squares with caramel sauce and chocolate sauce, well they gave me no sauce with the brownies (which would probably have bugs in it anyway) and an uncut cold brownie shown in the picture. Which looks NOTHING like the picture on the website when you order. False advertising, forgotten items in my bag, and obviously unsanitary. I would ask for a refund but they probably won't provide one anyway. This is the first and last time I'll go here.
The first steak came out well done (asked for med-rare) sent it back. The second steak came back practically blue (and I come from a restaurant background so I know how they should look) it looked like they pulled it out the freezer and put it in the microwave on high for 2 mins! The manager Yolanda she was great she cooked it her self cut into it on the corner looked pretty good but as he kept cutting it turns out now it just rare she did a great effort she was very nice! But the server was kinda careless and quiet but over I’d say 1 star that star goes to the manager she was amazing!!
